Peter Grandstaff grew up in Durham, NC. He started making websites in 1995. Over the years he worked as a computer technician, programmer and coffee roaster.
In the spring of 2009, Peter set out on his own to build a business providing search engine optimization, websites, advertising and custom programming for small and medium businesses and nonprofits. His service offerings have grown around the needs of his clients and now include photography, print design and copywriting.
Most of his time is spent designing and developing websites, managing online advertising campaigns, performing search engine optimization and developing custom apps to help businesses operate more efficiently.
Peter attended Carolina Friends School in Durham and Warren Wilson College in Asheville, North Carolina. Both institutions put heavy emphasis on community service, and Peter has continued that tradition. He provides volunteer webmaster skills to the Orange County Rape Crisis Center, helps with voter registration efforts, and serves on an Advisory Board for Extraordinary Ventures in Chapel Hill.
In his spare time he likes to read, play games, learn Kung Fu and cook. He lives in Hillsborough, North Carolina with his Better Half and their two cats.
