@Gaby Your tweet mentioning someone won’t show up on the timeline of theirs that you can see, but they will see it in their home timeline – the one of all the people they follow – and if they look at their @mentions timeline. Fear not, they can see your reply.

Hi can’t clearly get this: if i follow x exmaple Edy and he follows me, i can se all his tweets and even ones from his followers but if i tweet something without mention his name wont show on his timeline. What is wrong?, even if its a replay to him i can’t se my tweet on his timeline, is he reading me or not? My tweet is not protected

I use clicktail, it helps me know what is happening on my site and its heatmaps and videos show me i can increase my conversions

That's great, Matthew. Thanks for adding it! For those interested, SalesForce.com is a cloud-based CRM. It's like CiviCRM above, but you don't have to install it or have your own server for it. Here's the link for the SalesForce free-for-non-profit version.

I wanted to mention that SalesForce.com has a free (up to 10 users) non-profit edition. And, if anyone doesn’t already know, TechSoup.org has DEEPLY discounted software, hardware and services for 501c3 as well as a lot of tech info ($5 Flickr Pro accounts, $10 Windows Vista / Office, and many many more.)
